Early morning in front of the Prague astronomical clock
Right after sunrise it is still very calm and hard to imagine, that some hours later hundreds of tourists will come to admire the clock. The oldest part, the mechanical clock and stronomical dial, was made in 1410. Jan Šindel, professor for astronomy, made the plans and Mikuláš z Kadaně, a clockmaker, created the clock.
